The people behind it
BA Solutions is a trading name. The law requires a business trading under a name that is not the owners' own to publish who those owners are, so here they are. In practice you will deal with one or both of us directly - there is nobody else.
Both partners are jointly responsible for the business and for anything it agrees with you.
How we charge
We build your website before you pay anything. If you do not want it, you owe us nothing and you can walk away - there is no deposit to lose and no invoice for the work we have already done.
If you do want it, the price is the one quoted on the pricing section of the home page, agreed in writing before any work continues. Nothing is added afterwards. Aftercare is optional and separately priced, and the website is yours to take elsewhere the moment the build is paid for.
If something goes wrong

If we cannot sort it out between us, you are entitled to take the matter further. Trading Standards advice for consumers in Wales is available through Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.
